Spring can be the BEST season to SELL a home because that's when people want to BUY a home! The demand is high in the Spring market. One reason is the weather.

Think about the garden center at Home Depot on a 55 degree March Saturday or Mother's Day weekend. One may imagine plastic bags of mulch are of limited stock at the rate they fly out the door!

This is true for homes as well.

A home's curb appeal is at it's best in the Spring with lush grass and flowering shrubs. People love being out in the mild temperatures after winter.

Generally speaking, late Spring and early Summer are the peak real estate season, when there's the MOST inventory to choose from.
